that our auto repair service has been deemed to be an essential service and we are diligently working to
remain open for business in order to help keep your automobile(s) working safely and efficiently. We do

In the event that your car is due for regular maintenance and/or repairs, and you are unable to bring your
automobile to our shop, we are happy to help out with our concierge pickup and delivery service. Our staff
will follow strict COVID-19 disinfection/sanitization procedures to all touchpoints on your vehicle and keys
at time of pickup, while your vehicle is our care and upon return delivery to your home. Please do call our
service advisors to discuss your needs and make arrangements to have your automobile service
completed efficiently and safely.
As a reminder and per our prior email correspondence with all of our customers, we have implemented the
following procedures to help protect our employees, customers and suppliers:
our front counter, washroom & waiting area surfaces, including POS machines, phones, keyboards, etc are being disinfected on an ongoing basis (after each use)
technicians will disinfect your door handles, seat belt closure, steering wheel, shifter and other touchpoints
technicians will wash their hands thoroughly before, after and in-between appointments;
parts are being sprayed with a disinfectant when they enter the building
technicians will wear fresh rubber gloves while working on your vehicle
tools have been disinfected and will continue to be cleaned regularly
service advisors and technicians will practice the recommended social distance of two metres
our cleaning service is using hospital-grade disinfection products and procedures
we are suspending shuttle service and complimentary car cleaning until further notice
we are also no longer accepting cash payments until further notice
our employees remain diligent and will self quarantine if they show symptoms or become aware of family members who are symptomatic.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is very important to us, so we kindly ask that if you have traveled outside of Canada or have been in contact with someone who has in the last three weeks, or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms that you postpone your services with us to a later date (14 days later).
Also, if you have recently been to our shop and subsequently test positive for the Covid-19 virus, we understand that you will be quarantined, we do ask that you please let us know asap and we wish you a full recovery.
